What's Included Per Description

The Process — 4 Steps

1
Product Briefing You send us your product catalog (or individual products), your target customer profile, and any brand guidelines. If you have competitor descriptions you admire, send those too. We learn what makes your products special.
2
Research + Voice Development For each product, we research: what problem does it solve? What are the key differentiators? What objections does a buyer typically have? We develop a consistent brand voice that fits your store's aesthetic.
3
First Draft Delivery We deliver all descriptions in a structured format. You review at your own pace. We include notes on why certain words and angles were chosen — so you understand the strategy, not just the output.
4
Revisions + Final Delivery Two rounds of revisions included. We fine-tune based on your feedback until every description is exactly what you want on your store. Final delivery includes HTML code ready to paste directly into your CMS.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you write for Amazon, Shopify, or any platform?

Any platform: Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, or custom sites. We format the output to match your CMS requirements.

What if I only need a few products done?

Single product minimum: $49. No job too small. We also offer "description audits" — we review your existing descriptions and tell you exactly what needs to change and why, for $149 flat fee.

How do you handle products you haven't seen in person?

We work from your product details, photos, and any technical specs you provide. For complex products, we may ask follow-up questions. The more information you give us, the better the output.

What's the difference between product descriptions and category pages?

Product descriptions sell individual SKUs. Category pages sell a product type (e.g., "all linen bedding"). We can do either or both. Category pages are priced separately — contact us for a custom quote based on your catalog structure.

Have a Product Catalog?

Send us a sample of 3-5 products and we'll rewrite them as a free trial — so you can see the quality before committing to the full catalog.
