No. You can start reading straight away without signing up. Your progress is saved in the browser on the device you use.

Sign-in with your email address is coming soon. It will let you keep your progress and your subscription across devices. Until then, a Pro purchase is unlocked with the licence key you receive by email.

Purchases on our websites are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout (for example credit and debit cards). Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax or VAT for your country is calculated at checkout.

DeutschFlow Pro: US$6.99 a month or US$49.99 a year (launch offer US$29.99 a year until 31 Oct 2026). ChineseFlow Pro: US$7.99 a month, US$59.99 a year, or US$79 once for Founder Lifetime. All prices on the products page.

Not at the moment. The DeutschFlow iPhone app is in beta and only contains the free articles; nothing is sold inside it.

Yes. If you are not satisfied, email hello@wowitisken.me within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked — even if you have used the paid features. Details in the refund policy.

We process your request within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, the money can take another 7–14 business days to appear on your statement.

Use the customer-portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us and we cancel it for you. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Not yet. Progress is stored on each device separately. Syncing will come together with email sign-in.

Yes. Activate your licence key on each device. A licence can be activated on a limited number of devices (ChineseFlow: up to 3). If you run out of activations, email us and we will help.

You can install every live product as an app from the browser today (see the installation steps). The DeutschFlow iPhone app is in beta on TestFlight; Android apps are coming soon.

Not yet. Articles and audio are loaded from the internet, so you need a connection — also when the app is installed on your home screen.

Very little. There is no account, and your learning progress stays on your device. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card details. Analytics are only loaded if you accept them. The full list of services is in the privacy policy.

ChineseFlow analyses your tones entirely on your device. DeutschFlow uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition, which may send audio to your browser provider (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari). We do not store recordings.
